Senior IT Project Manager (M&A)

In this role, I will expect you to: - Plan and coordinate technology enablement for Day 1, ensuring detailed management of key deliverables such as connectivity, email, and collaboration tools. - Lead execution and readiness activities, conducting dry runs and checks for key processes and facilitating collaboration across workstreams. - Monitor project progress and manage risks by tracking milestones, proactively identifying issues, and implementing necessary mitigation actions to maintain business continuity. - Support post-Day 1 operations to ensure service readiness, preparing service desks and escalation channels for integration-related issues. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other teams to execute technology requirements, ensuring systems are accessible and operational from Day 1. - Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards, overseeing the implementation of enhanced monitoring and incident response processes. - Maintain transparent communication and documentation, providing regular status updates to the Integration Lead and key stakeholders. - Act as the first escalation point for unresolved delivery challenges, working towards timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
