Must:
- Previous experience of working in a busy IT Service Desk
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 (On-premise domain & Cloud integrated)
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory user & group administration
- Ability to support M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Knowledge of InTune
- Previous experience of working with ITIL service management processes
Responsibilities
- Resolving escalated incidents and service requests
- Performing advanced troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Collaborating with the IT Service Desk team to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining communication with users during the incident resolution process
Description
We are seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Contractor for a 3-6 month contract in York with hybrid working options. Our well-established IT Service Desk supports businesses on a national scale, and this role involves being part of a dedicated team focused on resolving escalated incidents. We offer a competitive day rate of £200.00, and you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional environment.
