Requirements
Must:

- Background in Operational Technology (OT) and Cybersecurity
- Experience working within the energy sector (highly desirable)
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to support product managers with process definition and pipeline creation
- Strong JIRA expertise for workflow, reporting, and backlog management
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams
- Support product managers in defining processes, shaping product pipelines, and capturing demand
- Run workshops, planning sessions, and prioritisation activities
- Help teams structure and manage their workload effectively
- Ensure delivery practices align with OT and Cybersecurity requirements
- Promote transparency, flow, and collaboration across the organisation
Description
We are a large organisation based in Swindon offering a hybrid working model, requiring 2 days per week on-site. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team for a 6-month contract with a competitive rate of up to £400 per day outside IR35. This role is pivotal within a major energy sector programme, supporting product managers and ensuring effective delivery processes.
