We are looking for a talented Scrum Master who has proven experience working within Agile frameworks and technology-focused teams. You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire those around you. Experience in ensuring alignment within and between diverse teams and stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and offshore/blended teams, is essential. We require a certified Scrum Master with recognized qualifications and a passion for continuous learning. A deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks and a track record of successful delivery in a Scrum Master or similar role are also critical.
Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, you will champion Agile principles across our organization by guiding teams to adopt and apply best practices, prioritizing delivery over rigid adherence to frameworks. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. In this role, you will build strong, collaborative relationships with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and mutual understanding. Additionally, you will advocate for and facilitate Agile maturity across the organization, offering training and support to foster a culture of growth and adaptability.
