- Demonstrable experience delivering SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations in a client-facing role
- Strong knowledge of HR operating models, processes, and leading practices
- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is essential.

Description
We are a leading SAP Consulting Partner investing heavily in our Human Capital and people transformation capabilities. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a high-calibre SAP SuccessFactors professional to lead and deliver complex HR transformation programmes across multiple sectors. This remote position, which may require travel to UK project sites, offers a basic salary of up to £90,000 plus benefits. You will have the opportunity to further develop your subject-matter expertise in a highly regarded consulting environment.
