Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Release Manager within the Public Sector.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Experience in coordinating end-to-end release cycles for AWS-hosted Java/Spring Boot services.
- Proficiency in overseeing deployments through CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
- Ability to manage environments, resolve issues, and support teams working with Dockerised microservices and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, and adherence to change-control processes.
- Familiarity with validating test coverage and sign-off criteria ahead of releases.
- Skills in driving continual improvement in release processes and collaborating with agile delivery teams.
- Knowledge of tools like Swagger/OpenAPI, Gradle, Liquibase, Kafka, React, and Typescript is a plus.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Description
We are a well-known consultancy seeking a Release Manager with Active SC clearance for an exciting opportunity within the public sector. The role is remote but requires candidates to be based in the UK. We offer a competitive rate of up to £500 per day, inside IR35, for a contract duration of 6 months.
