Requirements

Must:
We seek a candidate who has over 5 years of experience leading customer-facing support or service delivery teams, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology. A strong background in B2B customer service operations is essential, though a technical background is not mandatory. You should possess confidence in managing escalations and major incidents, including direct communications with customers. A sound understanding of support operations and service management practices is required, with ITIL awareness being a plus. Additionally, you should be comfortable using CRM and support platforms. We value proven leadership abilities and a fair, transparent approach to developing people. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, embraces change positively, and can create clarity in ambiguous situations.

As a people-first leader, you will manage our UK Technical Support team in Solihull. Your focus will be on running the day-to-day support operation for the region, ensuring we deliver timely, high-quality responses to our customers and partners. This role emphasizes leading people and operations over hands-on technical troubleshooting. While technical expertise is not a requirement, understanding how to operate a global B2B support function, balance workloads, manage escalations, and motivate a team to provide excellent customer experiences is crucial. This position operates on a hybrid model, involving in-office collaboration at our Solihull location for three days a week.
