Requirements
Must:
You will need to bring strong technical expertise and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Key skills and experience required include:
- Technical Proficiency:
- AI/ML technologies: OCR, Object Detection, LLMs
- Libraries: Transformers/Hugging Face, PyTorch, OpenCV, PIL/Pillow, YOLO
- Python 3.9+ with OOP, async/await, and debugging techniques
- Data tools: Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy/psycopg2
- AWS: Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, CDK, SQS, EKS/ECS
- API development: FastAPI, Requests, JWT/OAuth
- Development Practices:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), XP techniques (TDD, pair programming)
- Infrastructure-as-code and cloud monitoring (e.g., Grafana)
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting production systems and disaster recovery planning
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative development team focused on enhancing and expanding automation services for high-volume, low-complexity workflows. Your responsibilities will include developing and supporting systems that leverage OCR, Object Detection, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate document analysis and decision-making processes.
You will also contribute to R&D efforts, integrate solutions into existing platforms, and help drive innovation in digital service delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to mentoring, team events, and the continuous improvement of development processes and service quality.
