Requirements
Must:
You should be proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and management, including Entra ID and Intune. An understanding of Microsoft server technologies such as Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, iSCSI, WDS, and MDT is essential. It is favorable to have experience working with and managing wired and wireless network solutions, specifically HP Aruba and CISCO Meraki. Additionally, proficiency in supporting and managing MDM solutions, with Intune and Meraki being favorable, along with experience in providing Windows desktop end-user support, is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will provide comprehensive technical support for educational applications, cloud technologies, and network infrastructure, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and that proactive maintenance is carried out. I will manage the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of our network infrastructure and various applications, ensuring that all systems are updated and functioning optimally. Additionally, I will maintain all technical documentation related to customer sites. I will also collaborate with the Project Manager on digital transformation projects, managing both the planning and implementation phases. As the senior point of reference for service desk colleagues, I will maintain open communication with clients throughout the incident resolution process, striving to deliver the highest quality service and demonstrating a commitment to customer care.
