Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in supporting and leading components of a Microsoft SharePoint platform and farms.
- Significant experience in supporting and leading the design and build of Power Apps, including Power Automate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to and influence at all levels.
Responsibilities
- I will provide technical guidance on solution design, development best practices, and set and monitor coding standards.
- I will develop modular and reusable code components following best practices and standards.
- I will interact with users to understand business requirements and process flows, translating them into technical requirements for assigned projects and demand requests.
- I will collaborate with other developers, project managers, customers, database, and system administrators for end-to-end application development and implementation.
- I will facilitate testing of changes and new software.
- I will participate in design and code review sessions.
- I will create end-user documentation and training plans.
- I will support users with issues and requests through our support system, ensuring we meet agreed SLAs.
Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Power Platform & SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain business-critical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. You will work closely with stakeholders to automate processes, enhance collaboration, and drive digital transformation across the organization. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days of home working, and a competitive salary of up to £40,000.
