Requirements
Must:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience, plus foundation-level project or programme management training (e.g., APM PFQ/PMQ).
- Proven experience in PMO, programme or transformation environments, ideally within a complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of PMO controls including integrated planning, RAID management, governance and benefits tracking.
- Ability to produce high-quality dashboards, reports and visuals using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Miro, Visio or Canva.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clear, concise information to senior stakeholders and facilitate collaborative sessions.
- A highly analytical, organised and solutions-focused approach with a commitment to improving processes and portfolio outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support the effective delivery of change within the organisations transformation programme.
- Shape and maintain the organisations programme and project landscape.
- Turn complex delivery data into clear insights for senior leadership.
- Create accurate portfolio reports, dashboards, roadmaps and governance documentation for agile, waterfall, and hybrid programmes.
- Ensure plans are integrated, risks and dependencies are visible, and resources are tracked effectively.
- Define and measure benefits to support programme outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across programme and portfolio management processes.
