Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer / Wireless SME.
- Strong expertise in Wi-Fi (802.11 standards) and enterprise wireless architectures.
- Hands-on delivery across design, implementation, optimisation, and support.
- Advanced troubleshooting of wireless performance, interference, and capacity issues using specialist tools.
- Strong knowledge of wireless security (WPA3, encryption, authentication).
- Experience with high-density and guest wireless deployments.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Meraki or similar vendors.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and diagrams.
- Confident working independently while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.
- Exposure to 4G/5G or private wireless solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (Wi-Fi 7, IoT, private 5G) is a plus.
- Wireless or vendor certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, optimise, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless networks.
- Ensure secure, high-performance connectivity for users.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Produce clear technical documentation and diagrams for network designs.
