Requirements
Must:
I am seeking a candidate with strong communication and customer service skills, especially someone who has experience supporting senior stakeholders and VIP users. You should have at least 2 years of experience in IT customer support, which includes desktop and network troubleshooting for both on-site and remote users. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of experience using ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow, is required. Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, such as Workspace ONE (preferred), Microsoft Intune, and JAMF, is essential. Experience in a Financial Services environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Desktop Systems Administrator in our technology team, you will provide both remote and on-site desktop support. You will be supporting Windows and Mac laptops, Microsoft 365 applications, Canon printers, and audio-visual equipment. Being proactive, punctual, and detail-oriented is crucial for success in this role, and you will need to be comfortable working with executives.
