Lead Developer - Dynamics CRM

In your new role, you will be responsible for developing hands-on solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM while technically managing IT changes and projects. You will direct activities to maximize effectiveness using an Agile, iteration-based approach. Identifying training and development needs and implementing training as required will also be part of your duties. You will request and review development approaches for project work, ensuring that documentation is created and maintained as needed. Additionally, you will identify and implement efficiency improvements within the department, ensuring that development projects are delivered on time and meet business and end-user requirements. You will assist in identifying and resolving systems issues, collaborate with business analysts to follow a robust development process with evidenced audit controls, and define the development tool set. Managing the development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications throughout the GDC will be key. You will ensure that new software integrations meet functional requirements, compliance, and interface specifications while creating procedures for enhancing and upgrading systems and application software. Liaising with network administrators and software engineers for quality assurance and coaching project and scrum teams in best practices will also be required. Additionally, you will provide development support to other internal IT teams and produce project estimates in collaboration with business analysts. Finally, you will provide regular reports to senior management to demonstrate the progress of the development function and provide development sign-out for releases to Production.
