Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Lead DevOps / Application Support Engineer with Active Security Clearance (SC)/n- Experience leading a team of Application Support Engineers/n- Proven experience in application management in Azure environments/n- Strong knowledge of ITIL/n- Experience of development within Healthcare (InterSystems Health Share and Health Connect)/n- Excellent understanding of EMPI, PD, Integration engine, and IRIS/n- Nice to have: ITIL Certification/n- Development with Azure, Microsoft .Net, Terraform, and Ansible/n- Experience of Azure DevOps / Jira
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with key end clients to deliver high-quality DevOps solutions/n- Lead and manage a team of Application Support Engineers to enhance application performance/n- Oversee application management in Azure environments ensuring best practices/n- Implement ITIL processes within the development lifecycle/n- Develop and support Healthcare integration solutions using Intersystems technology/n- Ensure systems are integrated effectively with an emphasis on EMPI, PD, and IRIS/n- Provide guidance on ITIL practices and promote continuous improvement within the team

This role will span 6 months with a hybrid working model.
