- Build and image new laptops
- Issue laptops to staff
- Resolve any issues that arise
- Access and manage BitLocker functions
- Provide assistance and support as needed to staff
Description
We are offering a 12-week initial contract opportunity in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, where you will work onsite five days a week. Our team focuses on building and imaging laptops, ensuring staff have the tools they need to succeed. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot effectively. This role offers competitive daily rates through an umbrella company.
