Must:
We are seeking a Head of Network Operations who has:
- Proven experience in network engineering or operations leadership.
- Strong knowledge of network technologies and security principles.
- Skills in incident management, change management, and vendor relationships.
- Previous experience managing a NOC team, as the people management aspect of this role is crucial.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with FWA, 5G, Fibre Networks, and Core Network Technologies.
Responsibilities
As the Head of Network Operations, you will:
- Monitor and maintain network performance, proactively resolving issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
- Implement robust security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Plan and deliver network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
- Collaborate with vendors and manage SLAs.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and compliance.

This role is offered as a 3-month contract with a competitive day rate of £500, requiring on-site work for a minimum of 3 days per week in Hull.
