Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and managing integrations for core university systems such as SITS, HR, Finance, VLEs, IAM, CRM, CMS, and timetabling platforms.
- Strong technical skills in MS SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Integration Services, C#, VB.NET, and Web Services.
- Experience in leading application development and migrating services to Azure Integration Services (AIS).
- Ability to manage integration-related projects and respond effectively to ad-hoc system integration requests.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with stakeholders, understand requirements, and provide expert technical support.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) practices to ensure data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve incidents related to integration platforms.
- Familiarity with integration testing processes and risk mitigation strategies.
- A passion for staying informed about technological advancements and their potential impact on service improvement.
Responsibilities
- I will design, develop, and manage integrations and data feeds for core university systems, ensuring seamless data flow across various platforms.
- I will perform detailed analysis and programming to deliver robust solutions using the relevant technologies.
- I will lead the migration of services to Azure Integration Services, including overseeing new application development.
- I will manage integration-related projects and promptly respond to any ad-hoc system integration requests that arise.
- I will work closely with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements, provide technical support, and promote best practices in data management and system integration.
- I will ensure the integrity of Master Data Sets while implementing MDM practices to reduce risks from data discrepancies.
- I will maintain comprehensive documentation and review operational processes related to integration platforms to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- I will plan and execute integration testing for system changes and new releases, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- I will stay updated on technological advancements and proactively assess their potential to enhance our services and processes.
- I will propose and implement service improvements that enhance integration capabilities and improve user experience.
