Requirements
Must:
- Experience maintaining and developing security compliance in line with PCI-DSS and ISO27001.
- Experience working in an Information Security function in a managerial/mentorship capacity.
- Practical knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO27001, and NIST.
- Experience implementing and validating security controls.
- Experience developing and improving long-term security strategies based on industry standards.
- A go-getter who is able to work autonomously and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of IT with developing the scope for ISO27001 certification.
- Achieve ISO27001 certification in the future.
- Coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with PCI-DSS and NIS.
- Lead a small but growing information security function.
- Liaise with the managed service security provider from a policy improvement perspective.
- Develop, enhance, and create security policies and controls.
- Oversee the benchmarking of security controls against IT projects.
- Promote cyber risk awareness across the wider business.
- Continuously improve cyber security processes to address both known and emerging threats.
- Contribute to the improvement of the current information security strategy, making suggestions aligned with industry best practices drawn from practical experience and security frameworks.
Description
We are seeking an Information Security Manager to join our Glasgow-based team, focusing on strengthening our GRC policies and controls with an emphasis on PCI-DSS and ISO27001. This GRC-led leadership position is vital to our ongoing information security journey, and we are looking for someone who has previously worked autonomously in a similar role. This position does not provide sponsorship. We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, a good holiday allowance, a strong joint contributory pension scheme of 18%, and unique and highly attractive company-specific benefits.
