Requirements
Must:
- Experience as an Information Analyst or Data Analyst in a complex organisation or multi-system environment
- Good analytical skills
- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and visualisation
- Confidence working with large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Familiarity with at least one BI or reporting tool (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
- Experience supporting data governance and data quality initiatives
- Understanding of how to document data flows, attributes, and metadata
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently within a fast-moving programme
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of high-quality data insights to drive business change
- Gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources
- Produce clear, accurate, and meaningful outputs for programme leads and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of unified data structures
- Support documentation and mapping of data flows
- Help strengthen data governance and data quality processes
- Carry out hands-on data analysis, data preparation, and visualisation
- Assist with data cleansing, validation, and improving metadata and information asset records
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, business SMEs, and project colleagues
