Requirements

Must:
- Previous experience as an IT Trainer and/or providing support for teaching, instruction, and training activities. - Proficient experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications. - Good communication skills with the ability to enthuse, persuade, and influence. - Experience of the tools and support services available within the training arena. - Knowledge of the selection and application of information gathering methods, tools and techniques which are appropriate to the information required and the sources available. - Experience of the methods and techniques for delivering effective presentations, making effective use of your own time, and creating and delivering effective learning and development content.

- Use a range of techniques, resources, and media to train staff and students in the use of University Systems. - Support and train staff and students on our student systems, including the student records system (SITS), Timetabling, Placements, and Apprenticeships. - Develop a detailed understanding of our student system processes to inform the effective delivery of the training programme. - Oversee and deliver the IT Training Strategy and the IT Academy with a focus on eLearning and digital literacy. - Develop and deliver learning materials and content to enhance the business and technical skills of staff and students required by the University.
