Requirements
Must:
- Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or integration support.
- Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud systems, ERP/WMS/TMS/CRM platforms, and SQL/reporting tools.
- Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and automation platforms (Power Platform, Power Automate).
- Certifications in iPaaS, data platforms, or ITIL are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain stable IT operations and provide hands-on support during peak periods.
- Act as the technical owner for enterprise data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI).
- Design and implement secure integration flows using iPaaS tools (Azure Integration Services, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Enable self-service analytics while ensuring data security and governance.
- Collaborate with local IT teams and vendors to deliver consistent standards and best practices.
