Responsibilities
As a Support Engineer, you will help support the migration setup, establish refresh clinics, and move the required quantity of devices as instructed by the lead from the storage location to the refresh clinic location. You will log into any system as needed using devices provided by the project lead. Your responsibilities will include refreshing laptops, updating workflow management systems, and collaborating with post-migration technical support specialists to conduct daily manual stock checks.
