Requirements
Must:
- Clear, confident and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to create short, medium, and long-term plans with accurate content
- Experience in scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on project activities
- Skills in identifying and managing issues related to project delivery, cost, risk, and inter-dependencies
- Proven track record of managing projects in a complex working environment, particularly in Infrastructure, Audio Visual, Networks, and Voice
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management knowledge and experience
- Prince 2 Practitioner qualification is preferable
Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate project plans involving estates, operational customers, and IT suppliers
- Work with senior stakeholders to define project plans and deliver solutions
- Ensure projects meet agreed business objectives on time, within budget, and to defined quality
- Collaborate with other project leads and team managers across IT Services and the University
- Manage risks and dependencies alongside concurrent significant works
- Monitor project delivery and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Support strategic engagement with Estates for coherent plans and outcomes
- Engage with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to define needs and expectations
Description

This role supports our ongoing infrastructure modernization and digital transformation strategy. We offer a competitive salary of £44,131 to £51,182 per annum, a 10% market supplement, and 32 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
