Must:
- First line IT support experience in the education sector (school, trust, or managed service provider)
- Experience working with Microsoft 365
- Ability to provide efficient service to end users in an educational setting
- Passion for delivering high levels of service in education
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to staff and students
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets efficiently
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and bespoke technologies
- Contribute to the delivery of ongoing trust-wide IT projects
- Work on-site in schools across Greater Manchester five days a week
