Must:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Asset Manager with proven expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM). You should have hands-on experience with the Snow SAM product and must demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) systems and IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need you to manage the asset lifecycle by reviewing software and hardware data repositories and tools, as well as reconciling data in alignment with ITIL v4 practices. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate stock levels and tracking the status of hardware, peripherals, software services, and licenses through effective processes, automation, and reporting. Additionally, I expect you to recommend and implement continual service improvements while ensuring the integrity and compliance of the IT asset portfolio, including software usage and renewals. You will also contribute to the development of robust ITAM policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
