Requirements
Must:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Full Stack Developer within the Public Sector.
- Active SC and NPPV3 Clearance.
- Senior-level expertise in either Java/Spring (Boot, Data JPA, Security) or JavaScript/TypeScript with React; mid-level experience acceptable in the other.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality, cross-functional solutions using microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Java & Spring best practices, React, and cloud/data services including SNS, SQS, S3, Aurora/PostgreSQL, and OpenSearch.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical leadership with the ability to identify delivery inefficiencies, escalate issues, and drive value (nice to have).

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications for our public sector clients.
- Deliver high-quality, cross-functional solutions using microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices in Java & Spring, as well as React development.
- Identify and address delivery inefficiencies, escalating issues as necessary to drive project success.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing activities.
