Must:
I am looking for an ERP Programme Director with over 10 years of experience in ERP/CRM programme leadership, including at least 5 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly within Finance and Payroll systems. You should have proven expertise in overseeing Maximo to Concept migrations and experience delivering technology programmes in Facilities Management, Property Services, or Built Environment sectors. A strong understanding of Facilities Management operations, CAFM systems, and service delivery models is essential, along with experience in mobile workforce solutions, asset management, and customer portals. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to Facilities Management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and experience of M&A programme activities are also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead a programme team of 20-30 people in the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across a Facilities Services organisation. You will own and lead the Maximo to Concept migration programme, ensuring alignment with FM-specific business processes such as asset lifecycle management and maintenance operations. Collaboration with operational leads, IT, finance, and compliance teams will be key to ensure seamless integration and adoption of technology. You will also establish governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks tailored to Facilities Management environments, manage third-party vendors and internal teams, drive change management, and ensure regulatory compliance is embedded in solution design.
Description
This is a 6-month contract position with a daily rate ranging from £700.00 to £1000.00, depending on experience, and it is classified as outside IR35. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity with flexibility between offices in London and Scotland.
