Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in a senior pre-sales or solution architecture role within a large professional services or technology organization.
- Proven track record of designing and owning complex, multi-service enterprise solutions.
- Strong experience with effort estimation, staffing pyramids, delivery models, and productivity assumptions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal leaders and customer executives.
- Confident presenter, comfortable leading solution discussions and customer orals.
- Experience in large-scale outsourcing or managed services environments (desirable).
- Exposure to telecoms, digital, IT, business services, customer operations, HR, finance, or supply chain services (desirable).
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations (desirable).

- Lead the design of complex, high-value solutions for large enterprise customers.
- Act as the solution owner for large, multi-service opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with customers, including C-suite stakeholders, sales, commercial teams, and delivery leaders.
- Create compelling, deliverable, and profitable solutions throughout the pre-sales process.
- Own solution definition from first engagement through to contract signature and transition into delivery.
