Must:
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager working on Digital Apps, preferably within the Healthcare / HealthTech sector.
- Demonstrable background in providing key features and showcasing achievements from previous projects.
- Ability to navigate challenges with agility while maintaining a customer-first focus.
- Autonomous, with the ability to take ownership and accountability from concept to delivery.
- Capability to lead and drive the squad while shaping the strategy and making key decisions.
- Proficiency in leveraging data, analytics, and insights to optimize customer journeys and inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrable experience of taking ideas from zero to one, working with design teams to bring in and shape new ideas.
- Ability to monitor, measure, and report based on data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, collaboration, and engagement skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a user-centric approach to work.
- Ability to demonstrate frameworks utilized and a flexible approach towards hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Define and provide a product vision and roadmap in line with user needs and business goals.
- Lead and drive the product squad to ensure successful outcomes.
- Utilize data and insights to make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with design teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition.
- Monitor project performance, making adjustments as necessary based on data analysis.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
