Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, particularly in large, complex organizations.
- Strong focus on Azure-based Data Platforms.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure AI, Data Lake, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy Azure services and utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- In-depth knowledge of Terraform, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong working knowledge of Snowflake engineering and operations.
- Solid understanding of security, networking, identity management, and access control, ideally automated via Terraform.
- Good awareness of the DevOps approach.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to design and engineer a robust, scalable Data Platform.
- Apply your expertise to manage and deploy Azure services effectively.
- Utilize Terraform and IaC principles to enhance platform automation.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the development process.
- Address operational challenges and apply your understanding of networking, firewalls, and security.
