Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise/Lead Data Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, and tools such as Talend, Informatica, DataStage, Collibra, and Alfresco.
- Expertise in metadata management, data quality, data warehousing, analytics, and GDPR governance.
- Advanced data modelling skills (conceptual/logical/physical).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and SDLC/Agile/DevOps knowledge.
- Ability to assess technology impact and guide enterprise-level decision making.
- Immediate availability (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and governance of GDPR-compliant data architectures across various platforms including Oracle and NoSQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality data management and compliance with GDPR.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes to facilitate data transformation and integration.
- Develop and maintain advanced data models to meet organizational requirements.
- Assess and communicate technology impacts on enterprise-level decision making.
- Ensure data quality and metadata management across all platforms.
Description
We are an instantly recognisable consultancy based in Glasgow, offering a hybrid working environment for our team. We are currently seeking a seasoned Data Architect for a 6-month contract, paying £730 per day (Outside IR35). In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the design and governance of GDPR-compliant data architectures, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and tools.
