Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with D365 F&O in supply chain and manufacturing domains.
- Solid D365 Business Central experience is also considered, especially within SCM and manufacturing.
- Ability to work remotely, with flexibility to travel to UK and European sites during key project phases (e.g., go-lives).
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject-matter expert in core supply chain areas such as sales, purchasing, inventory, production, planning, and warehouse management.
- Guide each business through its digital transformation journey.
- Ensure consistent, successful adoption of the new D365 F&O system across the group's diverse portfolio of businesses.
Description
We are a leading international manufacturing group currently embarking on a major D365 F&O implementation. To support this long-term transformation, we are building a dedicated in-house ERP team to work closely with our implementation partner. This UK-based role is essential as we standardize the D365 F&O solution across our group. We offer a competitive salary between £70,000 and £90,000, a £6,000 car allowance, an annual bonus ranging from £5,000 to £7,500, and a fixed pension contribution of £5,000 to £7,500. You will have 25 days of annual leave. We consider this a critical hire and plan to conduct first-stage interviews for the week commencing October 20th, aiming to have someone in place for the New Year.
