Requirements
Must:
- Experience in deploying and configuring cybersecurity tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud and on-premise services
- Familiarity with Managed Security Operations Centre projects
- Proficiency in Crowdstrike and Microsoft Defender environments
- Ability to assist with agent configuration for Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices
- Experience with day-to-day administration in Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of cybersecurity policies and practices
- Background in Agile methodologies and sprint-based approaches
- Problem-solving skills for 3rd Line support functions
- Ability to work with third parties for service delivery
Responsibilities
- Assist in the rollout of Crowdstrike across server estates
- Remove existing server threat detection agents
- Help with initial setup of Crowdstrike and Microsoft Defender
- Centralize configuration of threat detection management consoles
- Configure Microsoft Defender for Intune managed Windows endpoint devices
- Oversee day-to-day administration of security environments in Microsoft Defender and Intune
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies from centralised platforms
- Provide 3rd Line support for platform, computing, and storage services
- Design business continuity arrangements with partners and staff
- Broker delivery of computing services to projects and support transitions to live environments
- Optimize deployment of standard COTS software to reduce complexity
