Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 tools: business rules, workflows, forms, Power Automate, dashboards.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in recruitment and admissions.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will help you design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that enhance organisational processes and improve the experiences of applicants and students. You will work collaboratively with both our internal technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across the University to understand higher education requirements and deliver technical enhancements, fixes, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform. Your responsibilities will include customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms, troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues, maintaining system documentation, and staying updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics technologies and best practices.
