Requirements
Must:
- Must hold active DV clearance
- Experience in managed service environments
- Strong Java or similar development background
- Proficient with Git version control
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy code using Java, Maven, NPM, Terraform, and Ansible
- Manage CI pipelines and automated testing (Cypress)
- Monitor services with InfluxDB and Grafana
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support and incident response
- Perform OS patching, database housekeeping, and data center operations
Description
We are offering a secure, on-site contract role as an Application Support Engineer in Cheltenham, which is outside IR35. As part of our specialist team, you'll be maintaining a cross-domain managed service using modern Application Support practices. Your key responsibilities will include supporting deployments, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues across a diverse tech stack.
