Must:
- Proven experience as an AI Architect or similar role
- Deep knowledge of agentic AI and LLM technologies
- Expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and governance for AI systems
- Experience working with external AI service providers
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead governance forums
- Familiarity with responsible AI policies and compliance standards
- Right to work in the UK and resident in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic architectural leadership for adopting agentic AI and LLM capabilities
- Define overarching architecture and governance frameworks for advanced AI patterns
- Advise senior client stakeholders on implications of adopting agentic AI and LLM systems
- Collaborate with external AI providers for long-term collaboration models
- Establish enterprise-level architectural guardrails for LLM use
- Oversee architectural artifacts related to LLM and agentic AI interactions
- Mentor architects in building capabilities within SDLC environments
- Lead governance and architectural review forums for compliance and quality
- Identify necessary process, tooling, and organizational changes to support AI adoption
