Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience designing for CMS websites (AEM ideal)
- Expert Figma and design system skills
- Solid knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and inclusive design
- Ability to support and run usability research
- Experience with multilingual sites
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Background in asset management / financial services is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible journeys across CMS-driven websites
- Collaborate closely with Product, Content, Research, and Engineering teams
- Own designs end-to-end from insight and prototyping to stakeholder sign-off
- Ensure high-quality UI and consistency across multiple markets
