Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or another relevant field.
- In-depth technical knowledge of the T24 system, including the latest releases R24, as well as modules AA, TPH, SC, and RP.
- Experience participating in integration projects (including API integrations).
- Excellent understanding of T24 TAFJ running on MS SQL database.
- Excellent jBC development skills for T24.
- Understanding of Java development for T24.
- Solid experience in T24 integration, interfacing, and customization of Browser.
- Experience administering and supporting online, mission-critical systems.
- Experience dealing with end-user requests and managing quality expectations.
- Ability to provide user training and prepare documentation and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with other team members and business users.
- Experience managing several concurrent activities and prioritizing demands.
- Understanding of banking business and products.
- Good understanding of modern software development standards, data concepts, and systems integration.
- Positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Preferably a Cantonese speaker.
Responsibilities
- Resolve problems related to the T24 daily operations.
- Improve T24 system functionality to better support the banks requirements.
- Contribute to T24 system updates, install patches, and integrate with other IT systems.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the banks business needs and work closely with other departments to meet them.
- Software development from technical design to delivery and maintenance.
- Support T24 system performance and security monitoring.
- Perform design, coding, code review, and assist with unit testing.
- Ensure development is done according to specifications and within time.
- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to formalize them into technical specifications.
- Prepare functional specifications and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to achieve the best results.
- Work in compliance with the banks IT policies and procedures, financial industry standards, and regulations.
- Liaise with Temenos Helpdesk over problem resolution and testing.
- Provide out-of-hours support for urgent system problems.
- Transfer knowledge to other team members.
- Respond to T24 user issues.
- Keep up to date with IT industry trends and developments.
