Requirements
Must:
- Must have a Computing/STEM Degree (2:1 or higher)
- 2-6 years proficiency in a commercial Software Engineering role/team
- Experience in C#, C++ or Python
- Full stack experience with Blazor or JavaScript/TypeScript preferred
- Strong OOP programming skills
- Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices
- Practical experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Machine Learning, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform for Azure/AWS management is beneficial

Responsibilities
- Participate in the full development lifecycle from user story generation to user acceptance testing
- Continuously interact with users while assuming the role of expert problem solver
- Design, develop, and maintain innovative tools for data management, traceability, visualization, predictive modeling, material and component design, and production quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with process engineers, technicians, and material scientists to deliver high quality solutions
