Requirements
Must:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, modules, and platform constraints.
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO).
- Strong understanding of governance, platform controls, and design best practices.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Currently hold SC Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business requirements.
- Define technical architecture, data models, integrations, and workflow designs across the platform.
- Provide governance and oversight across development, configuration, and implementation activities.
- Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, solution options, and best-practice approaches.
- Produce architectural documentation, including high-level designs, roadmaps, and integration frameworks.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across all solutions.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and business leads to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. This role offers remote working flexibility and a competitive rate of up to £703 per day, inside IR35. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions while ensuring architectural integrity and platform scalability.
