Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Back End Engineer
- Proficiency in Python, supported by FastAPI and MongoDB
- Solid grounding in modern system architecture and design patterns
- Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven design
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience building and consuming APIs at scale
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps aligned workflows
- Opportunity to contribute to light touch front-end work (e.g., React)

Description
We are a scale-up financial services disruptor investing heavily in our Engineering function, currently hiring our first native Python Engineers as we transition to bespoke in-house platforms.
