Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years implementing WMS solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)
- Strong functional knowledge across warehouse operations
- Proven background in end-to-end implementation cycles
- FMCG or food manufacturing experience beneficial (e.g., chilled, perishable, beverage, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end D365 Warehouse Management implementations
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering, BRDs, and Fit-Gap analysis
- Configure and optimise core WMS processes including:
- Inbound (ASN, receiving, putaway)
- Outbound (picking, packing, staging, shipping)
- Inventory management, cycle counting, replenishment & slotting
- Return logistics
- Work closely with operational stakeholders and technical teams
- Provide functional leadership throughout testing, deployment, and hypercare
Description
We are a key client seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with strong Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) expertise for a major implementation project. This is a fully remote contract with a 3-month rolling term and a competitive day rate of £500-£550 (Inside IR35). You will play a crucial role in solution design, requirements gathering, and ensuring the successful deployment of end-to-end warehouse processes within D365.
