Requirements
Must:
- Experience handling IT hardware, including device setup and troubleshooting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working fully on site in Coventry

Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and equipment needs of new staff across the organisation
- Administer and issue new IT equipment
- Manage the return of devices and monitor stock levels
- Ensure accurate records of equipment are maintained
- Set up new starter accounts and logins for system access
Description
We are a well-respected Housing Association experiencing significant growth, currently expanding our Customer Experience team. As we undertake large-scale recruitment, we recognize the increased need for reliable IT support to ensure new starters are equipped and operational from day one. This role offers valuable hands-on IT experience within a supportive organisation, providing a competitive hourly rate of approximately £14 along with holiday allowance on a 6-month contract. You will be working on-site at our Garden Court office in Coventry, becoming an essential part of a team dedicated to supporting business operations and ensuring the success of new starters.
