Requirements
Must:
- First-line IT support experience in the education sector (school, trust, or managed service provider)
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Passion for delivering high-quality IT service in an educational setting
- Valid UK driving license and own vehicle
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to staff and students across primary and secondary schools in Manchester
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets efficiently
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and bespoke technologies
- Contribute to the delivery of ongoing trust-wide IT projects
- Collaborate with the central IT team to enhance IT service delivery
