Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in secure environments, preferably within MOD/Defence
- Experience managing teams with 10+ direct reports
- Track record of leading transitions from on-premise to cloud (specifically Azure)
- Background in overseeing Software Engineering teams
- TOGAF certification and ITIL understanding
- Exposure to GIS beneficial
Responsibilities
- Bridge business, technology, and engineering to deliver coherent architecture
- Own the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap
- Define architecture principles and standards
- Lead a multidisciplinary Architecture and Engineering team
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to translate operational needs into designs
- Oversee solution architecture and ensure engineering quality
- Manage technical debt and maintain end-to-end architectural integrity
- Support vendor selection and migration processes from on-premises to cloud
- Shape long-term technology strategy within a complex environment
Description
We are a prominent UK organization operating within a complex multi-site environment, seeking an Enterprise Architect to play a key role in influencing and transforming our business.
