Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as an Enterprise or Senior Solution Architect.
- Experience directing and guiding architects and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring multiple squads, tribes, and architecture teams together around a unified vision.
- Proven background in architecting digital, customer-facing or cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with APIs and data models.
- Track record creating and maintaining domain roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management expertise.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and align team roadmaps with business demands.
- Worked via Agile ways of working.
- Telecoms industry experience (desirable).
- TOGAF certification (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end architecture for the Wholesale division.
- Define the future-state architecture and shape transition roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment to Group Architecture standards.
- Influence strategic technology decisions across a major portfolio area.
- Work collaboratively across senior leadership, architecture communities, delivery tribes, and engineering teams.
