Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience designing and implementing OpenShift architectures
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containers, networking, and storage
- Hands-on knowledge of VMware stack: vSphere, vCenter, NSX
- Experience configuring Pure Storage: FlashArray, FlashBlade
- Strong CI/CD background (Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD) and DevOps practices
- High availability, security (RBAC, encryption, policies), and scalability expertise
- Solid migration project experience - containerisation, data migration, workload transformation
- Automation and scripting: Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving approach
- Ability to work with developers, DevOps, infra teams, and leadership
- OpenShift certifications (nice to have)
- Multi-cluster or hybrid cloud OpenShift experience (nice to have)
- Monitoring/logging stack familiarity (oTel, Grafana, Splunk) (nice to have)
- Experience with Helm charts and Operators (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design and build the end-to-end architecture for OpenShift deployments
- Lead major migration initiatives
- Create scalable, secure, and highly available OpenShift solutions
- Ensure seamless integration with VMware and Pure Storage environments
- Work on architecture design, migration planning, CI/CD enablement, and automation
- Collaborate across teams for successful project delivery
