Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Business or Solutions Analyst across the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Confident analysing requirements, processes and user needs.
- Knowledge of agile principles and service/user-journey design techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive.
- Desirable: Business Analysis qualification, UX or service design experience, understanding of accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and solution definition for digital projects.
- Facilitate workshops and map current/future processes.
- Produce business cases and support benefits tracking.
- Translate complex requirements into clear deliverables and user-focused designs.
- Work closely with developers and suppliers throughout delivery.
- Design and run UAT/testing, ensuring smooth transition into service.
- Provide clear documentation, training and progress reporting.
Description
We are Hays Technology, seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Analyst/Business Analyst to join our solutions and change team. This pivotal role will focus on delivering digital transformation across our organisation, working with senior stakeholders to develop digital solutions and ensure project success. This position is offered on a 5 month FTC basis and supports hybrid working.
