Requirements
Must:
- Active SC clearance
- Experience in designing and leading end-to-end data integration architectures
- Proficiency in API-led, event-driven, and batch integration patterns
- Knowledge of sync management logic (InterSystems/EHR)
- Familiarity with non-functional integration design principles
- Expertise in healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, dm+d)
- Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end data integration architectures across primary, community, and secondary care systems
- Develop sync management logic including validation rules, conflict handling, and required data model extensions
- Define non-functional integration design covering audit, logging, monitoring, and security aspects
- Model, map, and integrate primary care data using healthcare standards across GP systems
- Provide delivery leadership, guiding engineering teams and assuring supplier designs
- Support planning, risk management, and technical decision making
- Ensure robust governance, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations
